Participants will get an introduction and overview of conducting outbreak epidemiological analyses in R and will gain practical experience of packages for data analysis using examples from contexts in which MSF works.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience of statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of data manipulation in Excel

  • Participants will require their own laptop with administrator rights.

Please note that places are limited and we will let you know as soon as possible if your application has been successful.
