Inaugural conference by Friends of MSF Cambridge

This year, Friends of Médecins sans Frontières Cambridge are incredibly proud to present our inaugural conference: The Past, Present and Future of Humanitarian Medicine.

This event is aimed at everyone and anyone interested in Global Health, Policy, Ethics, International Relations, and Humanitarian Medicine.

With speakers who have worked on the frontline for MSF, as well as those who have been in leadership positions, fundraising, policy and in academia, we aim to cater for all disciplines.

Confirmed speakers include Yvette Godwin, a plastic surgeon who has been on more than 15 missions with MSF, James Kliffen, Head of Fundraising at MSF UK, and Marc DuBois, former Executive Director of MSF.

We hope you can join us on Sunday 24 February at Pembroke College, Cambridge. Friends of MSF Cambridge aim to raise awareness and raise money for the work that MSF do all over the world.

Tickets will cost £7, with £5 going straight to MSF, and the remainder of the money being used for administration as well as some food and drink.

We will also be raising money during the event itself, so make sure you bring some spare change on the day!
