Working with us

MSF field staff worldwide give life-saving medical and technical assistance to people who would otherwise be denied access to basics such as healthcare, clean water and shelter.

Annually, around 3,000 international volunteers join local staff helping populations in danger.

They bring motivation, professional abilities and practical experience to projects in more than 60 countries.

Working overseas

MSF overseas volunteers often live and work in very difficult conditions. The work is tough and demanding, but the rewards are immense.

MSF also recruits people with a non-medical background to fill a variety of support and coordinator roles.

Working in the office

MSF UK has about 50 staff based in the London office. There are occasionally vacancies in the various departments: HR, fundraising, UK Medical Unit, programmes, communications, finance and IT.

We also occasionally advertise jobs in MSF offices abroad.

Please note: MSF do not hold speculative CVs.

Volunteering in the UK office

MSF UK also relies on volunteers for a lot of the day-to-day running of the office.
