Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent humanitarian medical aid organisation, committed to providing medical aid where it is most needed and also to raising awareness of the plight of the people we help.
Set up in 2009 as a branch of Warwick Medsin, University of Warwick Friends of Médecins Sans Frontières focuses on promoting awareness and fundraising for the international NGO.
Although the name suggests that MSF is predominantly made up of health workers, the vast majority of people working for the organisation are non-medics & as such Warwick friends of MSF welcomes all students and staff interested in the work of MSF & humanitarian issues.
