How We Spend Your Donations
Your donations allow us to battle epidemics, rehabilitate hospitals and clinics, carry out vaccination campaigns, perform emergency surgery, and running feeding centres for malnourished children.
They enable us to treat patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, sleeping sickness and HIV/AIDS and provide medical and psychological care to marginalized groups such as street children.
They make it possible for us to construct wells, provide clean drinking water and shelter.
We are focused on making sure that your donations are spent on saving lives rather than on administration and management costs. In 2006, MSF spent 82% directly on field work; 6% on admin and management, and 13% on fundraising.
