Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in supervising, managing/coaching and training others (people management)
- Previous experience in project planning, monitoring and evaluation in an overseas development or NGO context
- Proven ability to take responsibility for security issues
- Ability to represent the organization with (inter-)national counterparts and proven negotiating skills
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 12 months
Assets:
- Experience in advocacy or basic knowledge of human rights
- Experience in supervising financial and salary administration and budget monitoring
- Experience in working as a Coordinator in conflict zones
