National Committee 2010-11

The NC aims to:
1) Support and facilitate the activities of individual FoMSF societies.
2) Encourage and support the formation of new groups - in the UK, Ireland and abroad.
3) Act as mediator between FoMSF and MSF.
4) Work to consolidate and continue FoMSF’s progress and development as a movement.

National Committee Background
The National Committee was first formed and elected at the FoMSF National Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2007. Initially composed of five members, the positions have been evaluated and elected on a yearly basis ever since.

Voting
Applicants for each post must present themselves and participate in elections at the National AGM each year. Each FoMSF group casts one vote per post, and the candidate with a majority of votes assumes the position for the next year.
