"I just want the donors to know that even a dollar for us, in our setting, can mean the difference between life and death."
In 2012, we began an innovative fundraising project by inviting our donors in the UK and our staff in Zimbabwe to send messages to each other. The results were truly heartwarming.

So heartwarming, in fact, that in the Summer issue of our quarterly magazine, Dispatches, we decided to broaden the conversation by inviting anyone to send a letter, either by mail or online. We had an overwhelming response with more than 200 messages sent.
Above are a selection of handwritten replies from our national staff in Zimbabwe, thanking you for the generous donations you make that help us carry out our lifesaving work.
Remember, if you would like to send a message to our doctors, nurses and logisticians in Zimbabwe it's not too late. Simply visit our Donor Voices page where you can send your message online.
