Selling on eBay? You can select MSF to benefit from a percentage of the sale price.

It is really simple and the funds are transferred automatically to MSF. Also, your listing will be marked 'For Charity', distinguishing it from normal sales.

eBay for charity

To get started, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to www.ebay.co.uk, (register if you don't already have an eBay account), click on the Sell > Create Your Listing page in eBay and complete the required fields as usual.
  2. Scroll down to the 'Donate a percentage to charity' box and select 'Médecins Sans Frontières'. Doing this will mark the listing as for charity.
  3. Select a percentage of the sale you would like to donate to MSF – from 10 to 100 percent.
  4. Complete the rest of the listing and submit your sale. That's it!

NB: Donations received via the Ebay for Charity scheme are allocated to our general funds. It is not possible to earmark them for a particular appeal or crisis.

Having general funds allows MSF to work in areas that do not receive much attention from the global media. They also allow us to respond quickly to emergency situations without having to launch an appeal for funds.
