In this week's podcast we hear about the mass rape by uniformed men in Fizi that happened on New Year’s Day in southern Kivu province, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). MSF were the first to respond to the incident. To date MSF has provided specialised medical care to 33 of the rape victims and the incident has provoked and increased tensions in the local area.
