Facing reality in Southern Sudan

The people of Southern Sudan are trapped in a worsening crisis, following the most violent year since the 2005 peace agreement that ended more than two decades of civil war with the North. However, the response to the escalating emergency is inadequate, says MSF. The violence has caused the death and injury of hundreds of people and made hundreds of thousands homeless. In an already difficult situation, people, and especially those who have been forced to flee, are struggling to find food or get any kind of medical care.
