Basic requirements:
- Previous experience at a coordiantion level in a humanitarian organisation (includung project planning, monitoring and evaluation, budget management, and supervising, managing/coaching and training others )
- Experience with complex security situations in unstable or conflict areas, and proven ability to take responsibility for security issues
- Ability to represent the organization with (inter-)national counterparts
- Proven negotiation skills; experience in dealing with national authorities, NGO’s and UN bodies
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 12 months
- Knowledge of, and belief in, the advocacy role of MSF
