Dealing with a refugee health crisis in Kenya

Nenna is a community outreach nurse in Dadaab, in north-eastern Kenya, caring for the refugees who are arriving in their thousands from nearby Somalia, fleeing violence, insecurity and a devastating drought. It is her fourth mission with MSF; it is the largest project she’s worked in, and her biggest challenge yet.
