Career planning
The career planning will take place as a separate session after you have had your debriefing.
Please let the HR department know at your debriefing whether or not you would be interested in a career planning session.
You will not be given advice on what you should do – instead the idea is to offer you the time to discuss what opportunities are available, have support in accessing them and therefore develop further.
If you would like some help with your CV this is also possible.
Support
All the learning and development needs and requests will be individually followed-up by the Learning and Development Officer, who will support you through the implementation of you personalised development plan.
Career advice is also available at careers guidance centres throughout the country, and many of these services are free or subsidised. For further information see
