Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is primarily an emergency medical organisation however we also think of ourselves as a humanitarian organisation. In this presentation Marc Dubois seeks to explain what it means to be 'humanitarian', from the 'humanitarian blur' to an analysis of the principles that underlie 'humanitarian action' and their impact on the work of MSF.
